What's happening
Mid Street Lab is growing
and we’d love your help! We’re looking for enthusiastic, kind, and creative people to support our summer activities. From Instagram content creation to gallery assistance, event support, and even funding bid help, there’s space for your skills here.
All roles are on a voluntary basis, but we look after our people — expect a friendly, supportive, and relaxed environment where you’ll be valued. This is a brilliant chance to get involved with a start-up style creative venture at an exciting stage of growth.
Whether you’re looking to gain experience, build connections, or simply be part of Brighton’s creative community, we’d love to hear from you.
💫 Opportunities include:
– Creating social media content (Instagram, etc.)
– Assisting at the gallery and events (welcome desk, visitor support)
– Helping with fundraising bids
– Supporting with workshops or community activities
✨ We’re also looking for occasional freelance visitor & event support staff to help with:
– Covering the welcome desk
– Assisting with health & safety and the smooth running of The Dance Space
(Training provided; confidence with procedures and a friendly manner essential.)
