What's happening
Mid Street Lab × The Vault exists because most artists don’t fit the fantasy. That’s why we built something different.
For 2.5 years we’ve:
• Worked with 50 artists
• Delivered 16 contemporary art events
• Activated two spaces year-round
• Shaped Brighton’s cultural fabric
All self-funded. All community-led.
Now we’re at a turning point and instead of reproducing extractive systems, we’re choosing collective ownership.
